Exhibitor’s guide
Insurance: Ensure that you have liability insurance.
Parking: South Hams District Council, Civic Hall, South Street, Totnes, TQ9 5SF. There is access to the back of the Hall from South Street – but availability might be limited.

Set up: the doors will be open from 9am. There is a ramp at the High Street side and steps at the car park side. Do be aware that there will be a market operating on the day, so don’t linger! Or you can access the rear doors via the entrance from South Street.
Opening: Doors will be open to the public from 10 am.
Toilets: are on site.
Wi-Fi – Free Wi-Fi is available.
Catering: will be available on site and locally.
Workshop and talk givers: there will be a projector and screen available.
Table conditions:
6 ft x 2ft table (shared where agreed) and chairs will be provided. Please do not expand your stall space beyond this area, unless agreed with me.
A standard-sized pull-up banner stand is permitted per booking, or other 2D display boards must not be wider than your allocated stall width booking.
South Devon Book Festival cannot be held responsible for any loss of stock or personal possessions.
There will be limited electric points available (to the walls). Exhibitors are not allowed to use trailing leads or extension leads, unless arranged with me.
All tables should be fully covered.
Exhibitors are asked not to start packing until after 4 pm.
All rubbish generated by exhibitors must be removed by 5:30 pm.
Of course, no smoking or vaping is permitted in the building.
